Chattanooga Police hostage negotiators and East Ridge SWAT members negotiated for several hours with a man threatening to harm himself in East Ridge on Wednesday.
Officers responded to 717 Summit Ave. after learning that Leondra P. Smith, 37, had a handgun and was threatening to harm himself. After several hours of negotiations Smith surrendered to officers without further incident. A .38 caliber handgun was recovered from the scene. Smith was transported to Parkridge East Hospital for a psychological evaluation. After he was evaluated by medical staff he was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and charged with assault.
Keep in mind he was living in Chattanooga and suddenly moved to Chicago. When he moved to Chicago he had mad issues, he was and is still broke, took from people, owed people, new baby, owed the title loan people, had drug issues.
wow, interesting. too bad he didn't succeed.

ReplyDeleteI know your last post was to someone else but for someone whose own mother dislikes him, you should be quiet. I could go down a list why your own mom dislikes you but I will not because I like your mom. Man you are an expert at making people hate you. You need to be focused on the things you’ve done to others and not repeat them if you want to have a good life. God obviously gave you a second chance when you didn’t kill yourself.
